Monday Motivation {Oscar synopsis & Quotography}

Was anyone else bored by last night’s Oscars? I’m happy for Tarantino & Jennifer Lawrence, a graceful fall and classy save that made it so instantly forgettable, may she always seem so down to earth. Halle Berry was stunning as always, and how dare that crass website, whose humor I once enjoyed, insult little Quvenzhane Wallis! No more visits to their site, that’s for sure. And the incredibly talented Shonda Rimes pointed out via Twitter that Adele & Taylor Swift are the same age, causing Google searches to implode. I remember reading that some time ago, and I’m not surprised by the general reaction of “say what!“, but yea, it’s true. Our experiences shape our personalities. Not all 24 years old wear it the same, hats off to Adele’s sassy grown-woman realness. Love her.
